Beef Stew With Mushroom Gravy
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
| 2 Pounds Beef, Cubed |
| Pepper |
| Salt |
| 6 Medium Onions, Chopped |
| 8 Ounces Mushrooms |
| 1 Cup Water |
| ? Flour |
This is a pretty easy recipe to follow, so don’t stress too much, and just try to have fun while making it for your family or friends.
First, place the beef cubes in a large skillet. Season with Pepper, Salt and Paprika; then brown well. Add the Onions, Mushrooms, and water. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender. Thicken with a little flour.
